April 28 2010, Vancouver City Police awarded the “Chief Constables Unit Citation” for the Investigators involved in Project Soap. EFS Director and former RCMP Sgt. The individual at the centre of the lengthy investigation entered a guilty plea once all the evidence was disclosed.
The Unit Citation is awarded to police and civilians for outstanding performance in relation to a single investigation, operation or incident.
